OHOM recently welcomed Dana Kleinhesselink to the Board of Directors.
Dana grew up in Medford, Oregon and went to college at Willamette University. She spent the past 10 years in the Bay Area, working for an economic development nonprofit serving the Latinx community of Oakland, California. She recently moved back to Portland, OR and is the Director of Development at Central City Concern, a nonprofit with the vision to end homelessness through healthcare, housing, and jobs. Dana grew up with aspirations of becoming an actress, and she was a frequent performer in her high school’s theater program. She cherished attending Oregon Shakespeare Festival performances throughout her adolescence, and continues to support and attend OSF to this day. She is inspired by OHOM’s mission and activities. Theater creates community, builds empathy, sparks creativity, strengthens imagination, and inspires others. Art changes lives. Dana is the Chair of the OHOM’s Communications Committee.
