Announcing...

As the end of the year approaches, OHOM is proud to announce that we have been selected by our local PDX newspaper Willamette Week to participate in their end of year annual fundraising campaign called the Give!Guide. This fundraiser is an effort to draw attention to the good works that are done by local community nonprofits & raise funds to help them achieve their goals. Yay! OHOM is over the top excited to be one of this year’s G!G’s 2022 chosen nonprofits.

The campaign begins November 1st and runs until midnight December 31st. That’s 61 days! WooHoo! 61 days to share this info with families and friends! That’s 61 days of us coming together to support the communities we live in!

To make this campaign super fun, WW’s G!G is offering prizes to people donating on big give days. How cool is that?! You can win an overnight trip to the beach, numerous shopping sprees, tattoos & much more! Details listed HERE!

Also, OHOM has collected a few business partners to support us during this campaign.

Teacher Cassidy Rash, owner of Carus Preschool in Beavercreek, Oregon, along with Nate Query, one of the founding members of the band The Decemberists & Program Lead of OHOM’s Music Studio have generously donated items for our SchwagBagSchweepstakes prize at the end of the campaign.

Maria Icenhower, the owner of MariRose Tattoo permanent cosmetics and tattooing, has generously offered 35% off cosmetic tattoo services (things like micro-blading, tattoo eyeliner, tattoo lip lining, tattoo lip blushing, nano brow, hybrid brows and powder brows…) for any donor age 35 or under.

And The Jerry and Donna Smith Family Foundation have floored us with a matching donation up to 10,000 dollars! We are honored by the loving support of all these generous donors!

We’re thrilled to be involved with such a wonderful community outreach fundraiser. Now more than ever, we want to see our community heal. These last few years have been rough ones and we, like always, are in the business of restoration and healing. When you donate to a nonprofit organization, you are choosing to engage in your surroundings and make the world a better place. Thank you so much for being on this journey with us. We wouldn’t be where we are without your support. Please pass along this info to family and friends! Let everyone know about Willamette Week’s grassroots campaign. The Portland Metro area communities need healing like never before and this is a really cool way for us as individuals to support the city we love.
